THE RISE OF "BLACK LIVES MATTERS MOVEMENT?" ANSWER: PROPAGANDA! WHY? Even though, the organization has branched out with chapters in 31 cities and held rallies, boycotts and other actions across the United States, according to one of the co-founders and is necessary. It is still operating as a movement from a victim stance. Even worst the said movement is propagating the ideal of "Black-ness" and the belief that "Blacks are citizens". According to "BLACK'S LAW DICTIONARY 5th Edition," the DRED SCOTT CASE states,
According to the “BLACK LAW DICTIONARY 2nd Edition” - Citizen…3. All natives are NOT citizens of the United States; the descendants of the aborigines, and those of African origin, are not entitled to the rights of citizens… That constitution does not authorize any but white persons to become citizens of the United States; and it must therefore be presumed that no one is a citizen who is not white. Therefore, there is a marked difference between citizenship and heritage.
Therefore, why Civil Rights leaders promote the Chattel Brands, second class citizenship regulatory programs, fraudulent bills and acts (privileges) and sensational displays over a flag that can neither improve or make conditions better for "Blacks?" Without a nationality there is NO status! They are in a state of Civiliter Mortuus...dead in the eyes of the law.
Malik El Shabazz (Malcolm X) stated in "MALCOLM X SPEAKS ON CIVIL RIGHTS vs. HUMAN RIGHTS" “…Human Rights come before Civil Rights…You can never get Civil Rights, until you have Human Rights. Human Rights represent the Right to be Human Beings. Whenever, you are respected and recognized as a Human Being, your Civil Rights are automatic…No! You have to get the recognition of Human Rights first…the Constitution … classified our people as 3/5 of a man, which meant sub-human, not a complete Human Being and once our Human characteristics were completely destroyed this gave them justification for treating us like we were animals. Then it also justified their selling us... If the Black man’s Human Rights been respected; he never could have been a slave here in America. And if, his Human Rights have been restored by the Emancipation Proclamation; automatically, we would have been citizens after the Civil War. So, we must be regarded as Humans! Our Human Rights must be respected, before, we can ever be regarded as citizens and our Civil Rights be respected!
Even Martin Luther King Jr. began understanding that he may have been used as a pawn making so-called Blacks integrate, giving up their own businesses, laundry mats, movie theaters, restaurants, banks, insurance companies, farms, lands and etc... It was a financial tactic by the Europeans that have been very successful; as so-called Blacks are the largest consumer group in North America. The Nielsen Company study entitled “African-American Consumers: Still Vital, Still Growing,” which was commissioned by the National Newspaper Publishers Association, shows the underrepresented potential and spending power of the African American community.
The report’s findings, which will be presented at the June conference of the National Association of Black Accountants Conference in Nashville, Tennessee, found that the African American population is an economic force to be reckoned with, with a projected buying power of $1.1 trillion by 2015.
Civiliter Mortuus: This negative political status does not afford the Moors / Moroccans (the true Americans), who are neutralized by branding, any constitutionally secured protections, but instead, in such a state, the so-called Blacks (Moors) are governed by “Color – of – Law,” hence why in history we've been labelled "Colored People" or what is commonly called “Negative Law.” The “BLACK’S LAW DICTIONARY” 4th Edition defines “Color” as an appearance, semblance, or simulacrum, as distinguished from that which is real. Thus, “color” is a “prima facia” or apparent right. Hence, “color” is a deceptive appearance; a plausible, assumed exterior, concealing as in a lack of reality; a disguise or a pretext. This negative political state of affairs has been disguised as, or hidden within the misnomer, racism. Does Race Mean Nationality or Skin Color? This racial classification system and terminology of black, negro and colored, having no basis in nationality, consanguinity, bloodline, national origin, descent, ancestry, genealogy, pedigree, parentage and lineage, violate even the Constitution for the United States of America, the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People, and the United Nations Declaration of the Rights of the Child. Article 15. Section 1 of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights states, “Everyone has a right to a nationality”. Article 6. “Every indigenous individual has the right to a nationality”. Principle 3 of the Rights of the Child states, “The child shall be entitled to a name and nationality”. This negative and artificial sociopolitical state puts the Moors [Mu’urs / Al Moroccans – the true Americans] in the political category or status known as Civiliter Mortuus (see above). The 4th Edition of the Black’s Law Dictionary, edited by Henry Campbell Black, defines the term Civiliter Mortuus as that “political state of one being civilly dead, dead in the view of the law. The condition of one who has lost his civil liberties and capacities, and is, therefore, accounted as dead in the eyes of the law.”
Therefore, as a people with Martin Luther King in the forefront spearheading the so-called “Civil Rights Movement” during the late 1950’s and 1960’s, caused us to fight for “Civil Rights” instead of “Human Rights”. Dr. King attempted to bring us from under “Civiliter Mortuus” status; however, this cannot be done without first being recognized as a human being.

The "Black Lives Matter Movement," the Million Man March: Justice or Else Movement and etc... reached the hearts of so-called Black folks because of the mass police killings and brutalities of unarmed so-called Black males and females, in fact, just in 2015 alone more than 1,134 have been killed. "Young black men killed by US police at highest rate in year of 1,134 deaths". This is honorable to help end police killing and brutality. However, we must have the right priorities. Fighting without a real identity is foolishness, because it demonstrates that we still do not know who we are. The so-called elites (globalists, illuminati etc...) perceived us as "useless eaters," "dummies," "artificial entities (persons)," and / or chattel property".

Despite making up only 2% of the total US population, African American males between the ages of 15 and 34 comprised more than 15% of all deaths logged this year by an ongoing investigation into the use of deadly force by police. Their rate of police-involved deaths was five times higher than for white men of the same age.
Paired with official government mortality data, this new finding indicates that about one in every 65 deaths of a young African American man in the US is a killing by police.
“This epidemic is disproportionately affecting black people,” said Brittany Packnett, an activist and member of the White House taskforce on policing. “We are wasting so many promising young lives by continuing to allow this to happen.”
Protests accusing law enforcement officers of being too quick to use lethal force against unarmed African Americans have spread across the country in the 16 months since dramatic unrest gripped Ferguson, Missouri, following the fatal police shooting of 18-year-old Michael Brown by a white officer.
Overall in 2015, black people were killed at twice the rate of white, Hispanic and native Americans. About 25% of the African Americans killed were unarmed, compared with 17% of white people. This disparity has narrowed since the database was first published on 1 June, at which point black people killed were found to be twice as likely to not have a weapon.

It is January 1st. The past and recent actions of said 'white' males having or being in authority positions and their racist, bias, and prejudice attitudes towards 'majority' so-called Black males are merely the lingering effects of "White Supremacy". Present day so-called Police Officers... I state so-called because they are not really "Officers" as "Officers" are elected, by way of voting majority to office. Thus, holding an office...making them an officer! They are "Policy Enforcers" and their role today is the same as it was during slavery. During slavery there were Slave patrols (called patrollers, patterrollers, pattyrollers or paddy rollers by the slaves) were organized groups of white men who monitored and enforced discipline upon black slaves in the antebellum U.S. southern states. Slave patrols' function was to police slaves, especially runaways and defiant slaves. According to "A BRIEF HISTORY OF SLAVERY AND THE ORIGINS OF AMERICAN POLICING" by Victor E. Kappeler, Ph.D., (paraphrasing)...
The institution of slavery and the control of minorities, however, were two of the more formidable historic features of American society shaping early policing. Slave patrols and Night Watches, which later became modern police departments, were both designed to control the behaviors of minorities. In 1704, the colony of Carolina developed the nation's first slave patrol. Slave patrols helped to maintain the economic order and to assist the wealthy landowners in recovering and punishing slaves who essentially were considered property. Policing was not the only social institution enmeshed in slavery. Slavery was fully institutionalized in the U.S. economic and legal order with laws being enacted at both the state and national divisions of government. Virginia, for example, enacted more than 130 slave statutes between 1689 and 1865. Connecticut, New York and other colonies enacted laws to criminalize and control slaves. Congress also passed fugitive Slave Laws, laws allowing the detention and return of escaped slaves, in 1793 and 1850. As Turner, Giacopassi and Vandiver (2006:186) remark, “the literature clearly establishes that a legally sanctioned law enforcement system existed in America before the Civil War for the express purpose of controlling the slave population and protecting the interests of slave owners. The similarities between the slave patrols and modern American policing are too salient to dismiss or ignore. Hence, the slave patrol should be considered a forerunner of modern American law enforcement.” The legacy of slavery and racism did not end after the Civil War. In fact it can be argued that extreme violence against people of color became even worse with the rise of vigilante groups who resisted Reconstruction. Because vigilantes, by definition, have no external restraints, lynch mobs had a justified reputation for hanging minorities first and asking questions later. Because of its tradition of slavery, which rested on the racist rationalization that Blacks were sub-human, America had a long and shameful history of mistreating people of color, long after the end of the Civil War. Perhaps the most infamous American vigilante group, the Ku Klux Klan started in the 1860s, was notorious for assaulting and lynching Black men for transgressions that would not be considered crimes at all, had a White man committed them. Lynching occurred across the entire county not just in the South. Finally, in 1871 Congress passed the Ku Klux Klan Act, which prohibited state actors from violating the Civil Rights of all citizens in part because of law enforcements’ involvement with the infamous group. This legislation, however, did not stem the tide of racial or ethnic abuse that persisted well into the 1960s.
After the (60s) sixties so-called Blacks, Brown, Red and Yellow people were able to apparently integrate and assimilate into the mainstream of United States. The additional burden of racism has made that transition much more difficult for those whose skin is black, brown, red, or yellow. In no small part because of the tradition of slavery, Blacks have long been targets of abuse. The use of patrols to capture runaway slaves was one of the precursors of formal police forces, especially in the South. This disastrous legacy persisted as an element of the police role even after the passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. In some cases, police harassment simply meant people of African descent were more likely to be stopped and questioned by the police, while at the other extreme, they have suffered beatings, and even murder, at the hands of White police. Questions still arise today about the disproportionately high numbers of people of African descent killed, beaten, and arrested by police in major urban cities of America.

"Several decades of police brutality in our neighborhoods strongly suggest that police sensitivity training, candlelight vigils, marches, and “knowing our rights,” simply do not prevent police officers from murdering our people. In fact, such acts have escalated over time."
"The reason such tactics or strategies do not work is because they assume that the police exist to promote peace and safety in our communities. This is a false and dangerous assumption. The racist and belligerent police forces that currently exist have their roots in early slave patrols in this country. The objectives of slave patrols were to prevent Black revolt and insurrection against the white privileged class, intimidate enslaved Blacks into submission, and monitor for any activity or sentiment that might lead to rebellion. The officers we see today are the ideological and political descendants of these slave patrol officers, and their objectives where poor and so-called “minority” people are concerned, remain the same (racial profiling). The police as an institution therefore, play a deliberate and conscious role in assaulting, intimidating, detaining, and even murdering our people to quell Black dissent or resistance in a country which by the way, STILL sees us as a cheap and docile labor force."
"Mainstream Black leadership in this county makes its living by teaching us to accommodate to our pain and suffering or use means they KNOW don’t work to give us the feeling of protesting or blowing off steam, without actually solving our problems (Brother Malcolm referred to this as learning to “suffer peacefully”). Most of these leaders are far too invested in their expense accounts, jobs, and status to commit to the organizing and sacrifice that is needed to end police brutality."
"No amount of education, candle-lighting, legal representation, community pastors, knowing your rights, lawsuits, boycotting, marches, or scholarly debates have ended police brutality, or will end it. The only way to end police brutality….is to end police brutality! The only way you save your life when an enemy has a gun pointed at you or has you in a choke-hold, is to disarm that person and render them physically unable to hunt you down afterwards. We can also draw from Robert F. Williams’ example. No one’s life is more important than another’s nor is anyone’s family and community more important. The corrupt and malicious police forces of this country, will at some point push Black people to a position of what I call “irreconcilable discontent.” And when that happens, injuries and casualties will occur on both sides. Every creature in existence has a system for defending itself. When we begin to say “enough is enough, when we understand the nature and objectives of the police, courts, and government agencies, begin to value our lives, and cease hiding behind misinterpreted and revised scriptures, along with our fear of death and prison, I suspect the issue of police brutality will cease in frequency and importance."
However, there is another factor that was brought to light by Dr. Claude Anderson, former advisor to President Jimmy Carter. He stated in "HIDDEN COLORS 3" that we need to do...there is a direct link between the prison system and the practice of having businesses. No businesses or industries, then we will have a high rate of incarceration. In fact, we (said Blacks) are over 51% of the incarceration rate, yet only 12% of the said U.S. Corporation. Even though, we are the largest consumer group, we have the spending capital of Canada and Australia combined at 1.1 trillion dollars. However, so-called Blacks bounds their money less than 2 times in their said communities, spending that 1 trillion dollars back with the European and other cultures. Jewish money bounces 18 times in their community, Asian money bounds 13 times in their communities and Arabs money bounces 12 times in their neighborhoods. The so-called establishment has to go after the weakest people, i.e. so-called Black people, because they have failed to realize that science of economics and politics and that they go together. Without economics you cannot control the politics of your communities. Therefore, so-called Black needs to learn how to practice Group Economics and Group Politics.
So, we recommend that after declaring our nationality, and learning the law, in combination of your own history / education, economics is next, we suggests, every Moor (Group Economics) put $40 a year in a non profit bank, which would give us $2billion (@50 million so-called Black people) a year. Purchase 2 sport franchises over 5 yrs use those as a nonprofit (@ $4billion) we would have @ 6 billion for our people. I would like to offer 10% flat rate interest for college loans to help our folks educate themselves. After 5 yrs we would start rebuilding the primary schools in our community. MYTH #1: “Black” People And “White” People Are Equal
Do you remember these words of the Declaration of Independence, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal….”? These words simply do not apply to economic realities. Equality of men was proven to be a myth for us throughout slavery, Jim Crowism, segregation and everything that brings harm to human beings on earth. . This inequality stems from us clinging to the myth of there being “black” and “white” people. Firstly, people have skin in various hues, shades and tones. However, no one has black skin or white skin. Just as you see black ink on white paper, no so-called black or white person would be able to place their skin next to the ink or paper and see a match in color. Prophet Noble Drew Ali stated, “The matter of the various names given to these twenty-two million people with all colors of every race of the globe was an act of European psychology. They gave him a name, then defined it as something inferior to theirs. ‘White’, they defined as a color of purity; ‘Black’, they say represents everything of evil.” So, using the very words “White” and “Black”, as descriptions of human beings, creates inequality. Economic inequality is still prevalent, despite claims that we have such equality, historically and currently.
Myth #2: Education is the Great Equalizer
The course of actions that other nationalities follow to gain power is simple. First they establish economic security, next they engage in politics and NOT Marching or so-called Black Activism. With the first 2 areas under control, they then pursue educational advancement (i.e. higher institutional learning). The descendants of the inhabitants of Africa were socially engineered into believing they could eliminate structural inequalities through educational achievement alone. This myth is devastating because for centuries, they thought that education was the great equalizer, which could not be further from the truth.
About 5 million poor, starving, landless, unemployed, uneducated, unclothed, homeless, and unprotected slaves were set free to wander and fend for themselves after the Civil War. They had no economic security. The Black Codes, which were instituted in this country, made it easy to force the former slaves and their descendants into Jim Crowism. They needed greater economic power before obtaining higher education.
Our educational achievements during the 30-year time period, between the 1860’s and 1890’s, were remarkable. The educational achievement record that we established has yet to be broken by any other group of people. We cut our illiteracy rate in half, from 98 percent to 40 percent, in only 30 years. We educated ourselves faster than the 26 million European immigrants, who arrived in this country during the same time period and had the same identical illiteracy rate. Although we made spectacular educational achievements, without economic security and a nationality, we still became second class citizens to the European immigrants. Prophet Noble Drew Ali stated:
“The wealth of all national governments, gold and silver and commerce belong to the citizens alone and without your national citizenship by name and principles, you have no true wealth, and I am hereby calling on all true citizens that stand for a National Free Government, and the enforcement of the constitution to help me in my great missionary work because I need all support from all true American citizens of the United States of America.”
By the civil rights movement of the 1960’s, so-called blacks with a college education could not earn as much money as European high school dropouts. We, as a people, still earn only a percentage of what European Americans earn; lack businesses and institutions in which to implement our skills; and have a national unemployment rate that is twice the amount of European Americans. Unemployment for our youth is almost 70%. A lot of our people who are college graduates work at minimum wage jobs. Yet, most of us continue to think that education is the great equalizer. Educational institutions are designed to train people to only look for jobs and work for someone else (usually a person of another nationality). True equality will only take place when we create our own businesses, thus creating jobs for our people and establishing economic security.
