Therefore, this ONE really needs to be paid close attention too, especially for those that are self-identified as indigenous; they have the right to belong to an indigenous community or nation...
Article 33 - 1: Indigenous peoples have the right to determine their own identity or membership in accordance with their customs and traditions. This does not impair the right of indigenous individuals to obtain citizenship of the States in which they live. 2. In 1982, Russell Burrows from the southern Illinois town of Olney, rediscovered a mysterious cave along a branch of the Little Wabash River. The startling contents of the cave would set long-held standards of American archaeology on its ear and provide evidence that Egyptian (Ta Meri / Kemetian) visitors from the old world may have reached the center of the North American continent long before it was generally believed. Thus, treaties, like the nation’s Constitution, becomes the ‘Supreme Law of the Land’, and are to be lawfully recognized, applied, treated, and enforced accordingly. And the officers in government, the politicians, and the judges of every State are bound thereby. Let's look at the definition of LAND, according to the "BLACK'S LAW DICTIONARY 4th Deluxe Edition" LAND in the most general sense, comprehends any ground, soil, or earth whatsoever; as fields, meadows, pastures, woods, MOORS, waters, marshes, furzes, and heath.
