Crown Prince Hutan Tupak Bey (formerly known as, Prince Ramisis Abel Bey) was given the ability of forming his own 'Order' by the Seven Golden Rays of Peru, the "Indigenous Cosmic Golden RE (Ray) Order of Mel-Chi-Zedek (Mel-Chi-Sedek)" or "ASU TA NETER UR RA(IT) NEB HERU MA KHU SUT TEKH" and through an Order council election (vote) in June 2003, my wife, Khadirah Ma'at Tupak El Bey was made the Grand High Priestess and I, the Grand High Priest. The late Sultan Yusef Rami Bey, the head of the Great Seal National Association of Moorish Affairs in May 2006 made me the Qazi (Chief Judge / Magistrate). Months later, I was moved to the Wazir Al Ra'is (Prime Minister / National Spokesman) because of my lecturing (speaking) ability. Even so, less than a year later, I was made an Amir (Leader / Chief).

and other Moors with 5 symbol plates cruising in their land vessels - I do understand but we need to elevate in unity. I spoke with a lot of Moors who said that Noble Drew Ali's constitution is all we need but this is good only for those Temple Moors - other Moors may be Kemetic, Hebrew, York, Esoteric, Clock, etc. Therefore, I would like to appoint you as the Presiding Representative and then you select your cabinet as well as appoint the provincial representatives - I think we should hold elections later! To get things going we should pick the best to start with but keep it all diverse - And its important that we let each Moorish entity know that we aren't changes Noble Drew Ali's work but building the great Nation he spoke of - - we need to evolve good brother!
